1. Validating my order

Placing an order for the first time.

To make an order online, you need to first select your items, including the quantity and size.

Next, validate the items in your shopping basket and your delivery option
- via Chrono Classic to a UK address of your choice

Then read through and accept our General Terms and Conditions in order to proceed to the log-in page.
You will then be asked to log in either by providing your email address and password, if you already have an account, or by creating a new customer account by filling in the following fields: email address, password, title, surname, first name, address, and telephone number.

Once you have successfully logged in, select your preferred payment method to complete your order:
-If you choose to pay by card, type in the number, expiry date, and 3-digit security code.
-If you wish to pay by Paypal, either log in if you have a Paypal account, or enter your bank details then follow the normal Paypal process.

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will be taken to your order confirmation page.

Your order will also be confirmed by email. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchases, also available in your customer account by clicking on "My orders".
You will automatically receive your invoice by email once your payment has been made.

Please be advised that we cannot take orders by telephone and we do not accept payment by cheque.

2. Paying for my order and receiving my invoice
You have validated your shopping basket and want to know about payment options.

To pay for your order, you can choose from the following payment options:
- by card
- by Paypal
Paying by card:
The CAFAN Group has entrusted management of the website’s payment system to HIPAY, a service provider specialized in online payment security.

We guarantee all our customers full confidentiality of their bank details, protected by SSL Version 3 protocol, which automatically checks the validity of access rights when you make a payment by card and encrypts all data exchanges in order to ensure full confidentiality.
We have no access to nor will retain any information concerning your bank card.

To pay for an order made on our website, you can choose to pay by card and will be requested to provide your card details (accepted cards: VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, CARTE BLEUE, MAESTRO).
Please refer to Article 8 of our General Terms and Conditions entitled TERMS OF PAYMENT for further information.

Paying via Paypal:
To pay for an order made on our website, you can choose to pay by Paypal, for which you will need to log onto your Paypal account and confirm your payment.

Your invoice will be sent to you in PDF format by email on validation of your order.
A summary of your order will also be made available for you to consult on your customer account by clicking on "My orders".

Please be advised that we cannot take orders by telephone and that we do not accept payment by cheque.
1. Selecting your delivery option
STANDARD HOME DELIVERY – CHRONO CLASSIC – 3 DAYS - £5.90
Make an order on morgandetoi.co.uk and get your purchase delivered in the United Kingdom, excluding Scottish Islands and Channel Isles.
Your order will be handled by Chronopost and shipped as a Chrono Classic package to your chosen address for an average fee of £5.90.
You will receive your order within 3 working days, except in cases of force majeure that cause a delay.
Please note that any orders made on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will only be prepared as of the following Monday.
Delivery can take 2 days longer during sales periods or when other promotions are underway.

When and how do I select my delivery preferences?
When you are placing your order, select your delivery preferences on your shopping basket page.
Once you have validated your shopping basket, you will be asked to log in or create an account before being taken to the Payment page.

For further information, please refer to the Morgan General Terms and Conditions.
You can track your order status at any time from your customer account by clicking on "My orders".
In the event of a prolonged delay to your delivery, please alert the Morgan Customer Service team as soon as possible by emailing contact@morgandetoi.co.uk.

2. Tracking my order
You have validated your order and wish to know when it will be delivered.

Your order will be handled by Chronopost and delivered as a Chrono Classic package within 4 to 6 working days. Your order’s tracking number will be sent to you by email once it has been dispatched. You can follow your order’s progress via the Chronopost.fr site by using your tracking number.
1. Requesting an order cancelation
After you receive the confirmation of your order by email, we can no longer cancel your order.

In this case, please return your item after receiving it in order to be reimbursed.

You can make a return by sending your order via the post to our warehouse at the following address thanks to a pre-paid return label:

In order to cancel your order during the Cancellation Period you must log into your account, click on “My orders” then on “Return Item” and print the pre-paid return label collected. You can also contact our Customer service by email at contact@morgandetoi.co.uk and inform us of your decision to cancel some or all the Products by a clear statement. The Customer service will then send you, at the email address or at the delivery address mentioned in My Account section of the Website, a pre-paid return label to be used for return of the parcel.

This service is free of charge.

2. Exchange my item
You received your order and you wish to exchange one of your items for a different size.

For this, you have 30 days after you receive your order. The exchange is possible even during special promotions and sales.
The items must not have been worn, with the exception of the first time you tried them on.

The return slip must be properly filled out and attached to the items. You will find this slip below as well as inside the package upon reception of your order.

Items may only be exchanged for the same item in a different size. An item cannot be exchanged for another item or another colour.

The package must have adequate postage; you are responsible for the postal fees when returning your item.

When we receive the package at our warehouse, we will exchange your item for a different size without an additional fee, subject to compliance with the terms of exchange.

Your item will then be sent by the same delivery method to the same address that you initially chose when placing your order.
If the size you requested is not available at the warehouse, we will reimburse your item by crediting your bank account or your Paypal account, depending on the payment method used when placing your order.

1. Delivery of a defective item
You received your order and you see a defect in one of your items.
You wish to make an exchange or be reimbursed.

For this, you have 72 hours upon receiving your order to contact our Customer Service in the case of a defect in one of your items.

The return slip must be properly filled out and attached to the items. You will find this slip below as well as inside the package upon reception of your order.

You can return your items directly to our warehouse via the post to the following address:

Don’t forget to attach the completed return slip, as well as a proof of the cost of return postage, which we will reimburse to you in full by the same means of payment chosen when placing your order.

Upon reception of the package at our warehouse, we will make the exchange or reimbursement of your article within 30 days of the date at which you returned the item.
2. Missing item
You have received your order and you notice that an item is missing.

It is possible that an item you ordered is out of stock. In this case, we will automatically send you an email to inform you that you will be reimbursed by crediting your bank account or Paypal account within about 5 days, and even before you receive your order.

You will receive a delivery slip in your order. This slip is also the summary of your order. If the quantity "0" is listed for an item, this item will be reimbursed and will not be delivered to you.
You may contact Morgan Customer Service if you have a question about your order summary by sending an email to contact@morgandetoi.co.uk.

3. Error on an item
You received your order and one of the items does not match the item you ordered.

If you notice that an item was sent to you in place of another item, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You can return the incorrect article within 30 days of receiving your order by mailing it to our warehouse :

I wish to subscribe (unsubscribe) to the Morgan newsletter to take advantage of promotional offers.

In order to receive Morgan’s weekly newsletter and stay informed of exclusive web offers, you simply need to subscribe to the newsletter.

To do this, go to our home page at www.mogandetoi.co.uk and enter your email address in the lower right corner in the field "Subscribe to our newsletter". Click on OK.

Type in your contact information; you must fill out all fields indicated by a "*". You can also choose to receive Morgan news by SMS, as well as news from the brand’s partners, by checking the corresponding boxes.

If you wish to change details of the subscription or unsubscribe from Morgan’s newsletters, SMS, or partner emails, contact customer service: contact@morgandetoi.co.uk .

1. Creating my client account

I would like to create my client account in order to place an order.

If you don’t already have an account with the Morgan website, create your account by clicking on the icon "My account" in the top right corner of the home page.

You must then enter your personal information in the form, particularly the required fields indicated by a "*".

Your email address will be your user name. Be sure to remember your password.

Once all the fields are completed, click to confirm your information. Your client account has been created!

2. Modify my personal information

I would like to update my personal information.

When creating your client account, you had entered your mailing address, your email address, and your password.
All of these fields can be modified.
To do this, simply log in to your client account by typing your user name (email address) and your password at www.morgandetoi.co.uk.
Once you are logged in to your account, go to the page "My information".
On this page, you can chose to modify your personal information (mailing address, telephone number, etc.), and your password.

Once, you have modified your information, click to confirm. The changes have then been saved.

If you have lost your password, while logging in click on "I forgot my password" and enter your email address. An email summary of your login information will be sent to you.

3. Logging in to my client account

I would like to log in to my client account in order to place an order.

Your client account has been created. You must then log in to place an order.
To do this, simply click on the icon "My account" in the top right corner of the home page at www.morgandetoi.co.uk.
Enter your email address and password and click to confirm. You are logged in to your account.

You can then consult your account: your buying history and order tracking, and you can modify your personal information if necessary.

If you have lost your password, while logging in click on "I forgot my password" and enter your email address. An email summary of your login information will be sent to you.
