The Morgan brand was founded in 1987 by two sisters, Odette Barouch and Jocelyne Bismuth.

They decided to get into fashion by taking over the old lingerie manufacturing workshop bought by their parents in 1967: the E. Morgan establishments.

The brand opened its first store in 1988 and decided to stand out from its competitors by placing love at the heart of its DNA. The brand took on a signature which would quickly become famous.

The 90s

Very quickly, the brand expanded internationally with, from 1991, the opening of stores all over the world. As such, Morgan became the essential women's ready-to-wear brand

of the 90s and the brand did not hesitate to call on numerous stars, photographers and models to be their representatives.

The campaigns

In 1996, Morgan gave love pride of place with advertising campaigns that achieved cult status. Star couples were immortalised in Morgan: Yannick and Heather Noah, Laetitia Casta and Jean Galfione, Carla Bruni and David Ginola, as well as Estelle and David Hallyday.

Morgan intensified its growth internationally. Strengthened by its success, the brand now has a network of 640 retail outlets over the world: from Europe to South America by way of Asia.

Writing new love stories

Morgan continues to write its own love story with fashion by collaborating with influential women: Caroline Receveur, Georgia May Jagger and Iris Mittenaere joined the adventure to allow femininity to shine throughout the world.
